- Execute assigned merchandising projects, which may include stocking and organizing products, auditing product placements, setting up displays, and maintaining planograms.
- Report project completion through the RMS Web Portal or Mobile App, ensuring accurate data collection and timely communication.
- Prepare for in-store assignments by reviewing project instructions and gathering necessary supplies.
- Develop and sustain positive working relationships with key store personnel to achieve company and client objectives.
- Utilize critical thinking to determine when issues require escalation to the Home Office and develop effective solutions to routine challenges.
- Basic understanding of retail and merchandising operations.
- Reliable transportation to visit retail stores within a 15-mile radius of your home.
- Proficiency in using a smart device for communication and reporting, including the ability to download and utilize our mobile application.
- Excellent organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple assignments independently.
- Effective communication skills, both in-person and through digital platforms.
- A foundational understanding of retail operations is preferred.
- Access to a smart device with internet capabilities and photo-upload functionality.
- Ability to follow detailed instructions and work independently to meet project deadlines.

Compensation And Benefits
- Competitive hourly training rate of $17.49.
- Mileage reimbursement of $0.45 per mile for travel to stores beyond your usual location.
- Drive time compensation at $13.20 per hour or the applicable minimum wage, whichever is greater.
