• Collecting data and reporting project completions via the RMS Web Portal or Mobile App
• Preparing for in-store tasks by gathering necessary materials and instructions
• Building and maintaining respectful and professional relationships with store personnel and RMS colleagues
• Making routine decisions and escalating issues as necessary
  

Required Skills

• Fundamental understanding of retail and merchandising operations
• Ability to interpret and comprehend retail terminology and procedures

• Strong organizational and planning capabilities for managing weekly assignments

• Reliable transportation for commuting to retail locations within a 15-mile radius
