Job Title : Sales Floor Associate Job Type : Full-Time / Part-Time Description : Welcome : You are now entering Retail Rebel territory - where the better buys happen daily . Retail Rebel is a unique, fast-paced business that values growing and winning together. This individual will be empowered to be an ambassador of Retail Rebel. The Sales Floor Associate will act as a first and last point of contact for our customers. This position requires the initiative to want to engage and teach our customers how to successfully shop with us daily. Positivity is a must when it comes to representing Retail Rebel in a professional manner while assisting customers locate and purchase their treasures, maintain sales floor, recover merchandise, clean the store and bins, and perform other supportive duties as assigned by the Store Manager. We depend on our cashier / floor associates to embrace their responsibilities and deliver quality work, productivity and efforts through training provided. Weekly Pay

Compensation :

Starting window of pay : $13.13 - $15.23 per hour and up (based on experience)

Requirements : Working Conditions :

Standing

Frequent bending, stooping and kneeling at checkout stations, merchandise goods, cleaning

Proper lifting of up to 30 pounds; occasional lifting of up to 40 pounds with a team lift

Fast-paced environment; moderate noise level

Occasionally exposed to outside weather conditions

Other supportive duties as assigned

Some evening and weekends required

Knowledge, Skills, and Abilities :

High school diploma or equivalent preferred

Previous retail experience preferred

Effective interpersonal and oral communication skills

Understanding of safety policies and practices

Ability to communicate store processes and pricing to customers

Knowledge of basic cash handling procedures

Basic mathematical skills

Ability to perform cash register functions

Ability to stock and merchandise goods

Salary : $13 - $15
