THE OPPORTUNITY
As the Implementation Manager you will be responsible for leading client onboarding, training, and relationship management for our products. This role focuses on developing and executing a strategic implementation plan, ensuring a smooth onboarding experience for end users, and providing ongoing support to enhance product adoption and satisfaction.
WHO YOU’LL WORK WITH
As an Implementation Manager, you will work closely with clients and end users to ensure a smooth onboarding experience and provide ongoing support. You will collaborate with the analyst team to execute implementation plans, analyze user data, and optimize processes. Additionally, you’ll partner with the software development team to report bugs and suggest product improvements, while working with customer success and support teams to enhance the overall user experience. You will also engage with product management to share insights and influence future enhancements, ensuring the product continues to meet user needs effectively
WHAT YOU‘LL DO
- Develop and implement a structured onboarding strategy to facilitate seamless product adoption.
- Design and execute the implementation plan, coordinating with analysts and key stakeholders.
- Oversee the onboarding process for a diverse user base with varying job functions and technical expertise.
- Deliver training sessions and create resources to help users effectively navigate and utilize the product.
- Act as the primary contact for user support, addressing concerns and resolving issues promptly.
- Identify, document, and escalate technical issues or software bugs to the development team for resolution
- Establish and maintain strong relationships with key users and stakeholders.
- Serve as a trusted advisor, understanding user needs and ensuring the product delivers maximum value.
SKILLS AND QUALIFICATIONS
- Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Information Systems, Computer Science, Operations Management (or equivalent experience)
- 2 years of experience in customer service, project management, and supporting software or online applications
- Client/user support experience via email and phone
- Familiarity with Agile, Scrum, or Lean methodologies
- Project management expertise with the ability to define and execute user relationship management strategies
- Strong communication, leadership, and decision-making skills
- Ability to collaborate effectively with both internal and external stakeholders
- Understanding of common software user issues and proficiency in troubleshooting
- Critical thinking and problem-solving skills to address user concerns and optimize processes
PREFERRED
- PMP, Certified Scrum Master (CSM) or other Project Management certification
- Prosci Change Management Certification
- Experience with SaaS applications and software implementation
- Familiarization with SSO and related common protocols
- SQL and database knowledge
- Data analysis and reporting
