Job Overview:
RevoluSun is looking for dedicated and safety-conscious Solar Module Cleaners to join our team. This role is essential in maintaining the performance and longevity of our customers’ solar systems by ensuring their panels remain clean and efficient. Our cleaning teams work in a fast-paced, high-volume environment, servicing multiple residential and commercial properties each day.
Responsibilities:
- Complete required safety training, including ladder safety, fall protection, and job site hazard awarenessbefore starting work.
- Work in two-person teams to clean and maintain solar panels using specialized water-fed brushes powered by a pressure washer.
- Develop and follow a safety plan and protocol for each job site, ensuring compliance with OSHA and company safety standards.
- Safely climb and work on rooftops, ensuring proper precautions are taken to prevent falls or damage to the property.
- Use ladders and harnesses correctly to access rooftops and navigate various work environments.
- Maintain and troubleshoot cleaning equipment to ensure optimal performance.
- Communicate with customers when necessary to provide updates on cleaning services.
- Work efficiently to complete multiple homes and commercial sites per day while maintaining high-quality service standards.
Requirements:
- Comfortable working at heights and on various roof types in different weather conditions.
- Ability to safely climb ladders, walk on rooftops, and perform physical tasks throughout the workday.
- Must be detail-oriented and proactive in maintaining a safe work environment.
- Valid driver's license with a clean driving record.
- Drug test required as part of pre-employment screening.
- Prior experience with solar panel cleaning, roofing, or exterior cleaning is a plus but not required. Training will be provided.
