- Experience creating test matrices, writing test plans, and reporting
- Solid understanding of both Waterfall and Agile methodologies
Job Description
- Provide service for multiple clients, including onsite service where needed.
- Make recommendations to clients on how to improve testing activities.
- Track quality assurance metrics.
- Participate in the design phase of projects to ensure that new or modified functions are developed using correct testing methodology.
- Arrange major activities between the client and IS staff to ensure maximum gain from technical resources.
- Complete supportive administrative and lead activities such as attending sessions with customers, planning and disbursing projects to team members, completing reports and developing processes.
Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, Mathematics, or other job-related field
- 5 years of IT experience to include experience developing test plans and/or matrices.
- Working knowledge in both Waterfall and Agile environments.
- Experience developing test matrices, defects management and reporting, writing test plans, and collaborating in a team environment
- Testing tools like Selenium highly preferred
- Strong team player mentality
