What are the responsibilities and job description for the Insurance CSR position at RFT Search Group?
Our client, an independent insurance agency, is looking to add a CSR to their team! This established agency is experiencing growth and are looking to add a licensed (P & C license) CSR to their team to help support that growth.
The right candidate will have:
- Strong customer service focus and be a team player.
- Experience in selling or servicing insurance (business, home, auto, etc) in an independent agency (preferred but not required)
- Familiarity with Applied Epic
- Ability to accurately find, quote, present and write insurance policies to new and existing clients

This family is involved in the business so they are hands on. Compensation includes salary of $36k - $50k (based on experience), medical, life, 401k plus matching, and PTO schedule.
