Job Overview
We are seeking a highly organized and professional Receptionist/Secretary to join our team. Previous car dealer experience preferred. Frazer DMS knowledge prefered. The ideal candidate will be the first point of contact for our clients and visitors, providing exceptional customer service and administrative support. Responsibilities
- Greet and assist clients and visitors in a friendly and professional manner.
- Answer phone calls with excellent phone etiquette, directing inquiries to the appropriate personnel.
- Manage scheduling and appointments, ensuring efficient time management for the office.
- Perform clerical duties including filing, data entry, and maintaining office records.
- Provide administrative support to staff as needed, acting as a personal assistant when required.
- Maintain office supplies inventory and place orders as necessary.
- Handle correspondence, including emails and mail distribution.
- Assist in office management tasks to ensure smooth operations within the workplace.
- Support customer service efforts by addressing client questions and concerns promptly.
- Utilize computerized systems for record keeping and communication.
Requirements
BILINGUAL A MUST
- Proven experience as a receptionist or in a similar administrative role.
- Strong organizational skills with the ability to prioritize tasks effectively.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills; bilingual candidates are encouraged to apply.
- Proficiency in office software (e.g., Microsoft Office Suite) and basic computer skills.
