  • Includes a $50,000 base salary commission that should total an additional $25-40k/yr. depending on the success of your team.

You must be detailed-oriented, have a burning desire to be a resource for our clients and your outside sales teammates, be someone our clients love talking with, and you must have a comfort level with following up and closing on roofing repair and replacement opportunities.

Your title will be Client Success Coordinator and your title pretty much sums up what a large part of your responsibility will be. You'll be a critical part of bringing on new clients and ensuring their project runs successfully.

Some of the specific responsibilities of your role include:

  • Take inbound sales inquiries and follow-up on web leads to book appointments.
  • Follow existing client intake scripts and processes while leveraging your awesome personality.
  • Maintain and improve existing inspection and demonstration booking ratios.
  • Develop meaningful relationships with customers to build trust and loyalty.
  • Work as a team with outside Roofing Consultants to drive higher close rates.
  • Maintain detailed, accurate and up-to-date files for Roofing Consultants on your team.
  • Understand and demonstrate the product or service to the customer.
  • Set and meet sales goals and objectives set by leadership.
  • Improve sales skills to increase sales success rates.
  • Must be detail oriented.
  • Word, Excel, and CRM experience a must.
  • Obtain reviews & referrals from clients.
  • Obtain Insurance agent information on insurance claim jobs.
  • Process credit card and/or ACH payments on client files.
  • Keep and promote an encouraging and positive mindset with your team.

As you may have noticed, it has become increasingly common to experience severe weather, producing high winds and hail, in the south and central Texas regions in recent years. In your position as a Rhino Roofers Client Success Coordinator, you will be responsible for working hand-in-hand with outside Roofing Consultants on your team to help homeowners identify and replace damaged roofs caused by these severe weather events, while working with their insurance provider to help minimize the cost to the homeowner.

There are close to 1,000,000 homes and growing in the San Antonio and Austin corridor market. And, roofs are replaced, on average, every 20 years. This means that there are approximately 50,000 roofs replaced in our market in an average year. So, the opportunity is perpetual and relatively recession proof.

  • Experience with roofing industry technology, is a plus, but not a must.
