uties include but not limited to:
- Plan, design, and oversee construction and maintenance of civil engineering projects
- Conduct site investigations and analyze data to determine project feasibility and requirements
- Prepare engineering designs, calculations, and technical drawings using drafting software
- Collaborate with architects, contractors, and other professionals to ensure project specifications are met
- Manage project budgets, timelines, and resources effectively
- Conduct quality control checks to ensure compliance with engineering standards and regulations
- Perform land surveying and mapping activities as needed

Qualifications:
- Bachelor's degree in Civil Engineering or related field
- Strong knowledge of engineering principles, practices, and techniques
- Proficiency in engineering software such as AutoCAD, and other design tools
- Experience in wastewater treatment system design is highly desirable
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills for effective collaboration with team members
