We are seeking a skilled HOA Manager to oversee the day-to-day operations a small/mid-size portfolio in Washtenaw and Oakland Counties for homeowner associations. The ideal candidate will have experience in HOA/Condominium property management (Not Apartments, Rentals or Commercial) and exceptional customer service skills.
Candidate must have prior HOA & Condominium Management Experience to qualify.
CMCA Certification preferred or willing to obtain within 6-months.
Must be able to travel to Corporate Office Monday-Friday through training period. Part-time remote with 1-2 days in Corporate Office thereafter. Corporate Office located in Auburn Hills, MI near Oakland University Campus.
Portfolio areas, Ypsilanti, Canton, Novi, Farmington, West Bloomfield, etc.
Responsibilities
- Hours: Monday through Friday, 9am-5pm (9am-4pm on Fridays), with attendance at evening board meetings as needed
- Manage all aspects of the homeowner/condo association's operations
- Ensure compliance with HOA Master Deed, Bylaws, Rules and Regulations
- Handle homeowner inquiries and issues promptly and professionally
- Coordinate maintenance and repairs for common areas with vendors
- Prepare and manage the association's budget
- Organize and attend board meetings
Skills
- Proficiency in Caliber or similar property management software
- Knowledge of property management laws and regulations
- Strong sales and customer service skills
- Experience with data entry and file management
- Must have strong organizational skills with ability to work in high volume workloads
- Ability to work independently and with others
- Experience with Microsoft Office
