Duties

• Prepare and assemble sandwiches according to customer specifications and company standards.
• Maintain cleanliness and organization of the kitchen and sandwich preparation areas.
• Ensure compliance with food safety regulations and proper handling of ingredients.
• Operate cash register efficiently, processing customer transactions accurately.
• Assist in managing inventory levels by restocking ingredients as needed.
• Collaborate with team members to ensure timely service during peak hours.
• Provide excellent customer service by answering questions and offering recommendations.
• Help with bussing tables and maintaining a clean dining area when necessary.

Skills

• Knowledge of food safety practices is essential for maintaining hygiene standards.
• Experience with cash registers or point-of-sale systems such as Aloha POS is preferred.
• Familiarity with grocery store operations or the food industry is a plus.
• Strong time management skills to efficiently handle multiple tasks during busy periods.
• Ability to work effectively in a kitchen environment, demonstrating teamwork and communication skills.
• Previous experience in food preparation or sandwich making is beneficial but not required.
