Construction Manager Job Opportunity-Boston
Company I am representing is a multi-unit franchisee of a fast growing Boston headquartered retailer located throughout the Southeast, that owning & operates 50 plus facilities in Florida, Georgia, South Carolina, Puerto Rico, Oregon and Canada. They are seeking a full-time Construction Manager to oversee the construction of new facilities, remodels, as well as special projects and initiatives.
This position will report directly into the Director of Real Estate and Construction, ensure that quality standards are maintained, budgets are met and schedules achieved. This person will be responsible for building 8-10 locations per year.
