Part-Time Administrative Assistant – Richland Township Municipal Authority
Location: Gibsonia, PA | ⏳ Hours: 12 per week (with flexibility for coverage)
The Richland Township Municipal Authority of Allegheny County (RTMAAC) is seeking a Part-Time Administrative Assistant to support daily operations. This role involves customer service, administrative tasks, and program management for meter replacement, backflow compliance, billing, and emergency alert updates.
Key Responsibilities:
✅ Assist with meter replacements & customer scheduling
✅ Manage backflow compliance & follow-ups
✅ Process lien letters & final meter readings
✅ Handle billing, delinquent notices & termination postings
✅ Greet customers, answer phones & perform clerical tasks
Requirements:
✔ Strong organizational & communication skills
✔ Proficiency in Microsoft Office; experience with Edmunds, Vepo, & Rave a plus
✔ Detail-oriented with ability to multitask
