Responsible for advertising to potential residents, answering questions within their knowledge, and showing and leasing available units.

Required Skills and Experience:
One (1) year of apartment industry experience is desired
Excellent customer service skills
Strong sales, leasing, and marketing skills
Valid driver's license and reliable transportation required
Ability to learn quickly
Comply with federal Fair Housing laws, statutes and regulations, as well as local laws and ordinances.
