- Starting Pay is $19.50 an hour.
- Pay increase at 90-days to $21.00 an hour.
- 1st shift hours are 6:00am-4:30pm Monday through Thursday.
- If mandatory overtime is called it is on Friday and occasionally on Saturday.

Major Duties & Responsibilities:
- Electrical installations and repairs.
- Mechanical repairs and installations.
- General maintenance work includes fabrication, automotive and forklift maintenance, building repairs, and preventive maintenance of the facilities and equipment.
- Responsible for complying with applicable of all Health Safety and Environmental requirements.
Minimum Qualifications:
- Good attendance and safety record.
- High school diploma or equivalent.
- 3 years of experience in a Manufacturing environment.
- Qualified in low and high voltage.
- Proficiency with the National Electrical Code and local codes.
- Troubleshooting and install capabilities.
- Industrial controller troubleshooting an experience.
- Must be able to pass a Maintenance exam.
Preferred Skills:
- Experience troubleshooting and repairing NC equipment.
- Familiar with OSHA regulations for an industrial environment.
- Fabrication and welding skills.
- Acetylene welding/brazing, torch, and carbon arc experience.
- Construction experience.
- Electrical knowledge, single and three phase, 120/220/270/460 volt.
- Good general mechanical, plumbing, pneumatics, hydraulics skills.
- Read electrical schematics, and blueprints
- Provide tools required to perform the job.
- Available for overtime work
Physical Requirements:
- Ability to lift, push, pull weights up to 50 pounds on a regular basis.
- Work 10-hour shifts.
- Overhead work.
- Standing/walking on concrete floors for long periods.
- Bending and kneeling on a regular basis.
- Provide your own tools to perform all aspects of the job.
Performance Measures:
- Attendance.
- Safety performance.
- Quality of work.
- Production compared to standards.
- Progress of focused factory you are assigned to in relation to company goals.
Working Conditions:
Indoor and outdoor work, manufacturing environment, union facility, in a team-oriented atmosphere with ear, eye, and foot protection required.
Pre-Employment Screening Required:
Background Check, Drug Screen, Physical and Hearing Test.
