We are accepting applications for a part-time dietary cook position at our skilled nursing facility in Ridgeland, SC.
Job duties include : prepping and preparing food, cleaning and resetting the dining room after meals, cleaning the kitchen and dining areas to ensure tidiness, maintaining correct dietary orders, communicating with caregivers and families, etc. Applicants must enjoy working with elderly and disabled individuals. Prior training is helpful, but not necessary. Willing to train the right individual. We are looking for a team player (reliable, dedicated, punctual, and compassionate with great communication skills) who can also work independently as needed. This position reports to the Dietary Director. Evenings, Holidays, and Weekends are required.
