What You'll Do :
- Transform Spaces : Strip, seal, wax, and buff facility floors to maintain a polished and hygienic environment.
- Support Safety : Ensure floors in resident and common areas are free from hazards.
- Collaborate : Coordinate floor care tasks with various departments and support inspections.
- Maintain Standards : Adhere to safety protocols, including infection control and proper equipment use.
- Go Beyond : Foster a warm and positive atmosphere for residents and staff.
- High school diploma or GED (preferred).
- Experience in long-term care or floor maintenance (desirable but not required).
- A cheerful, patient, and tactful approach to challenges.
- The ability to work independently and as part of a team.
- Strong physical capabilities, including lifting up to 50 pounds.
