Job Overview :
The Project Manager will lead all phases of assigned construction projects, ensuring timely and successful completion. This position involves close coordination with leadership, project teams, clients, and subcontractors to manage scope, schedule, budget, and quality effectively.
Primary Responsibilities : Preconstruction Phase
- Collaborate on project estimation, budgeting, bidding, and proposal development.
- Conduct site visits with client representatives and subcontractors to prepare for project launch.
- Develop and distribute project schedules in partnership with the Superintendent.
- Oversee contractor selection, pricing negotiations, and subcontract preparation.
- Create and maintain procurement logs to track materials and equipment.
Construction Phase
Qualifications : Experience :
Minimum of 2-5 years as a Project Manager in the construction industry managing multiple projects.
Skills and Proficiency :
Strong ability to interpret construction drawings and specifications.
Requirements :
Ability to travel for site visits, meetings, and other project-related tasks.
Compensation and Benefits :
Flexible work schedule.
Salary : $125,000 - $145,000
