Job Purpose
To gain knowledge in managing capital projects and mechanical, hydraulic, refrigeration, pneumatic, and electrical systems, as well as blow-molding and downstream packaging equipment. This is a hands-on, team-player leadership position in the technical group based at corporate and the ability to provide servant leadership is critical to success.
Key Responsibilities And Duties
This position requires a full time or part time student with mechanical engineering, related science, or technical degree. He/she should exhibit a sense of urgency, accountability, business ethics, professionalism, self-motivation, and the desire and focus to improve the business. This position requires proficiency in MS Office and AutoCAD (training could be incorporated).

Key Responsibilities And Duties
- Document and communicate all project activities.
- Become familiar with plant layout and drawings along with managing small engineering projects.
- Work with manufacturing services to acquire better knowledge of equipment installation, TPM and the importance of continual innovation and process improvements.
- Provide support and motivation to the facility personnel to improve operating efficiencies.
- Perpetual searching for more efficient implementations in the plants by using your technical knowledge and creative ideas.
- Provide servant leadership, camaraderie, and support to colleagues to enhance teamwork of the organization to achieve common Company goals, as well as the Technical Services departmental goal to become “The Best in Industry at the Execution of Projects”.
