What are the responsibilities and job description for the Facility Manager position at Rip City Dabs?
Rip City Dabs is a cannabis extraction facility.
As Facility Manager your duties would include but not be limited to:
- Oversee day-to-day facility operations.
- Keep current on daily communication needs as they happen, including but not limited to sending and receiving emails, answering and returning phone calls, etc.
- Coordinate with Owner on Facility needs and complete required tasks quickly and efficiently.
- Ability to react to changes of facility needs promptly.
- Ability to perform all necessary traceability tasks required for input and output of materials.
- Ability to work with Owner to set Facility quotas that are achievable and that allow for the Company’s needs to be met.
- Coordinate with Facility Management and Owner to guide Facility team members to achieve given quotas consistently and effectively.
- Ability to coach Facility team members with the aid of Facility Management and HR when they are not reaching quotas, or failing to achieve other standards in line with the Employee Handbook and Accident Prevention Program.
- Must have valid OLCC permit.
