EHS Analyst (DOT/OSHA)

Job Title: EHS Analyst (DOT/OSHA)

Location: Rochester, NY 14624

Duration: 13 months Contract

Rate: $29 Hourly

Part Time position - 10-12 hours/week

Description

Support ongoing DOT and OSHA medical compliance efforts in NYS. Support internal employee with: 1. Scheduling, tracking, reporting on onsite medical exams including.

• DOT physicals including needed submittals to DMV
• Audiograms including all notifications to employees supervisors and managers
• OSHA Respirator Fit Tests
• Asbestos and Lead related exams as needed
• Creating the 2025 exam plan and schedule
• Working with clients Third Party Administrator (Gregory and Howe) on the implementation of clients Drug and Alcohol Program and DOT Commercial Drivers Program
• Submit needed records for MVRs.

Education

Minimum HS diploma or GED required, prefer associates degree. Required 3-5 years clerical experience with a preference for past compliance and DOT ex
