Risk Removal is a leading environmental remediation company, providing comprehensive solutions to clients for over 30 years. Our services include the removal and remediation of hazardous materials such as asbestos, lead, and methamphetamine, as well as mold and other environmental hazards.
Risk Removal serves commercial, residential, healthcare, and facility owners across Colorado, Wyoming, and Nebraska. We’re looking for a new team member to serve new and existing clients and partners with our full-service line.
Job Description:
Project managers oversee projects from proposal to completion - ensuring they are completed safely, on-time, and within the budget. The PM role guides clients through the regulatory process and works with field crews to ensure abatement and remediation activities are executed to state, federal, and company standards.
Responsibilities:
- Develop and maintain project schedules, budgets, and timelines
- Calculate job costs for each project and develop effective proposals to accomplish the client’s goals
- Conduct pre-project site assessments and prepare cost estimates
- Develop work plans and ensure that all work is performed in accordance with industry regulations and guidelines
- Manage project resources, including personnel, equipment, and materials
- Ensure compliance with all applicable health and safety regulations and guidelines
- Monitor project progress and make necessary adjustments to ensure project success
- Communicate effectively with clients, subcontractors, and project team members
- Ensure that all projects are completed on time, within budget, and to the highest standards
Qualifications:
- 2 years of experience in environmental services including abatement/remediation or consulting
- 3 years leading projects for general contractors and/or specialty subcontractors
- Strong knowledge of relevant CDPHE, EPA, and OSHA regulations and guidelines
- Safety-oriented approach to bidding and executing every project
- Demonstrated ability to profitability bid and manage projects while achieving annual sales goals
- Excellent organizational and time management skills
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to work independently and alongside office and field personnel
- Ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously
- Valid driver's license and clean driving record
- Proficient in Microsoft Windows (Word, Excel, Outlook), estimating tools (e.g., Bluebeam), and ERP systems (e.g., FieldFlo)
- Proficiency in Spanish a REAL plus
- Certifications in asbestos (AHERA, CDPHE supervisor, CABI, AMS, meth decontamination), lead (RRP), and/or HAZWOPER a real plus
