Job Purpose
Responsibilities of this job include inpatient and outpatient registration for all outpatients visiting the Medical Office Building. Responsible for switchboard operations, petty cash, mail distribution. Responsible for the organization and management of the Admissions office, its records, files and necessary systems.
Qualifications
- High school diploma or equivalent
- Experience in a related position is preferred
- PC and keyboard skills required
- Accurate clerical skills
- Good organizational skills
- Excellent communication/interpersonal skills necessary
