River Rock Property is a property management company providing high quality customer service to local residents and property owners. We offer rental homes, twinhomes and apartments in Fargo/Moorhead and surrounding areas.

We are looking for a full-time experienced Property Manager to join our team.

Property Manager Roles & Responsibilities:

• Responding to leasing inquiries, following up on leads, and showing rental properties.
• Posting available properties on Zillow, Facebook and other websites.
• Assist with advertising and marketing of properties.
• Processing rental applications, executing leases, and collecting deposits.
• Conduct unit inspections.
• Conducting move-ins and move-outs.
• Assists current tenants with issues or concerns.
• Establishes and maintains positive relations with residents and prospective residents.
• Arrange maintenance repairs as needed.
• Create and assign work orders to staff and vendors.
• Prepare deposit returns, and delinquencies.
• Communicate with owners as needed.
• Assisting with any other administrative and property management tasks as needed.

Oversee:

• Retention and customer service of all residents.
• Application approvals and lease renewal within company policy.
• Rent collection and deposits.
• Property marketing

Knowledge, Skill and Competency Requirements:

• High energy, coach-able, and self-motivated;
• Excellent customer service and communication skills;
• Strong teamwork skills and ability to work as part of a team;
• Respond to guests, prospects, vendors and team members in a professional and timely manner;
• Superior time management, organization and attention to details;
• Strong computer skills;
• High school diploma or GED equivalent required;
• Prior experience in property management, customer service, marketing or related industry is preferred;
• Knowledge of Appfolio software is a plus;
• Current valid driver license, with a good driving record, and a reliable form of personal transportation required.
