RVCC is looking to hire a Central Intake Coordinator!# #River Valley Counseling Center, Inc#s Mission is to improve the health of all people in our community. Job Responsibilities : Respond to all calls from potential clients and referral sources on a daily basis or within 24-hours of the call Documents all calls that come in to Central Intake and make recommendations for referral to another facility when appropriate. Access to information and referral materials will be provided Completes all Initial Contact Forms and checks insurance eligibility and authorizations in collaboration with the Billing Office Provides reporting, statistics, and other data#as requested Other record-keeping and administrative work as requested Assist administrative department in projects as needed Performs other duties as assigned# # Job Requirements : # Education Level - High School Diploma / GED# Years of Experience - 1#2 years# experience as a receptionist, administrative assistant or other office work.# A commitment to customer service and client contact is required.# Experience in human services or working in a physician#s office preferred Skills / Abilities - Bilingual (English / Spanish) preferred.
