Job Description Summary:
The Client Service Representative should be a highly self-motivated individual with exceptional organizational and communication skills. They will be responsible for phone work, registering, scheduling, and interacting with clients and dealing with their related forms, files, as well as collection of funds and other general office and clerical duties.
Duties and Responsibilities:
- Answer incoming client and stakeholder calls.
- Greet and direct clients to the appropriate areas.
- Schedule appointments and send out reminder alerts for clients.
- Schedule rooms for clinicians on a as needed basis.
- Complete registration processes for new and current clients
- Data entry in the agency's electronic health record (EHR) system.
- Verify and track missing or incomplete documents (Intake Packets), ensuring client files are complete.
- Assist clients with any forms and questions they may have.
- Answer, investigate, and/or direct client inquiries or complaints to the appropriate Riverbend staff.
- Ensure client’s and their related payment information is entered into Riverbend systems.
- Identify and resolve outstanding client balances, collecting and depositing payments.
- Work closely with all revenue cycle team staff as well as other Riverbend staff
- Retrieve mail and packages from the facility room and disburse as necessary.
- Participate in all training and team meetings as assigned by supervisor.
- Other duties as assigned.
Qualifications:
- Must have obtained a High School Diploma or GED
- Professional manner and appearance
- Professional communication both internally in work environment and externally (customer facing)
- Strong interpersonal and customer service skills.
- Meticulous organizational skills and attention to detail.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
- Ability to function well in a high-paced and at times stressful environment.
- Ability to work and integrate well with team members and other Riverbend staff.
- A knowledge of Microsoft Tools such as Excel, Word, and office 365 experience is a must.
Full-time: Mon.-Thurs. 12pm-8pm and Friday- 8am-4pm
Job Type: Full-time
Pay: $20.00 - $21.00 per hour
