Job Summary
We are seeking a skilled and compassionate starting as part time general dentist to join our private dental practice for 2-3 days a week. Potential for full time position is available as well. The ideal candidate will be responsible for providing high-quality dental care to patients of all ages, ensuring their comfort and satisfaction throughout their treatment. The Dentist will utilize their expertise in various dental procedures while adhering to the highest standards of patient care and safety.
Duties
- Conduct comprehensive dental examinations and assessments to diagnose oral health issues.
- Perform a variety of dental procedures, including but not limited to root canal therapy, fillings, extractions, and preventive care.
- Utilize medical imaging techniques to assist in diagnosis and treatment planning.
- Maintain accurate and detailed medical records in compliance with HIPAA regulations.
- Provide education to patients regarding oral hygiene practices and preventive care strategies.
- Collaborate with dental hygienists, assistants, and administrative staff to ensure efficient patient flow and high-quality service.
- Stay current with advancements in dentistry through continuous education and training.
Experience
- Minimal of 1 year of practice experience or residency program (preferred)
- Proficiency in surgical extraction and molar endo (preferred)
- Ability to work effectively in a team-oriented environment while providing exceptional patient care.
Compensation
- Daily minimal guarantee for the first 3 months.
- Compensation is commission based, depending on the candidate's experience
Job Type: Part-time
Expected hours: 16 – 24 per week
Schedule:
