In this role, you will ensure the campus has a clean, safe, and welcoming environment for all constituents. These facilities are spaces where learning, worship, and community thrive, and you will ensure continued success by reinforcing the commitment to hospitality and excellence, from spotless classrooms to inviting common areas. You will also be responsible for the hands-on management of facilities technicians, custodians, and janitors. This is a full-time, in-office position offering a generous salary and is located in Jacksonville, FL.

Must Haves
- Prior facilities management experience
- General knowledge regarding HVAC, plumbing, electrical, painting, and carpentry
- Commitment to customer service
- Computer proficiency including Excel and email
- Action-oriented with strong, thoughtful problem-solving skills
- Leadership and coaching abilities, with excellent communication skills
- High school diploma
Nice-To-Haves
- Bachelor’s degree
- General facilities licensure (HVAC, electrical, plumbing)
- Budgeting skills; tracking budgeted vs actual spend and variance explanation reporting

Salary : $85,000 - $95,000
