ABOUT THE ROLE
This is a part-time role at Riverwoods Conference Center. Event staff shifts vary based on event schedules.
As a part-time Banquet Setup and Cleanup Team Member, you start by setting up tables and chairs with a close eye on detail, ensuring every event space is picture-perfect for guests. Once the celebrations wrap up, you and the team dive into cleanup mode-storing chairs, vacuuming, polishing goblets, and rolling silverware, making sure everything's fresh and ready for the next gathering. Shifts range from 2 to 6 hours, keeping things lively and different each time.
The Minimum Requirements to Be Considered:
- 18 years old or a high school graduate
- Flexible availability for days, nights, and weekends
- Ability to lift up to 40 lbs
- Ability to work late nights
- Positive attitude, self-motivation, and a strong work ethic
