What are the responsibilities and job description for the Service Internship at Tennessee College of Applied Technology position at RJ Young?
The Technical Service Representative Internship role will gain knowledge of RJ Young imaging products and how to support the end users with printing and scanning functionality of those products. The Service Intern will work between 24 - 32 hours a week, depending on their availability. This position will work with the system integration team, installing new imaging equipment at customer locations. They may also work with the Hardware Help Desk which provides end users with remote support.
Essential Functions

Work Environment
This job operates in a professional office environment. This role routinely uses standard office equipment such as computers, phones, photocopiers, filing cabinets and fax machines.
Physical Demands
Must be able to spend several hours a day walking in an office setting.
Must be able to spend several hours a day sitting at desk working from PC.
Must be able to push A3 equipment (machines typically have casters) to installation location.
Position Type/Expected Hours of Work
This is a part-time position with hours Monday through Friday 8am to 5pm
Travel
This role would require travel within the RJ Young North Region (Middle TN /Southern Kentucky).
