SENIOR PROJECT ADMINISTRATOR – HYBRID – WASHINGTON, DC
Our client, a major nonprofit association advocating for low-income older adults, seeks a Senior Project Administrator for an 18-month contract position in Washington, DC. This position supports three senior VPs in the organization with project coordination and management for a variety of projects. You will provide project plans as well as content research, presentation development, and communication plans.
The hybrid schedule supports remote work on Monday and Friday and on-site Tuesday through Thursday in the Washington, DC office.
Responsibilities
- Assist team leadership with potential content research, presentation development, or any other project management needs they might have.
- Support the communications team with communications project plans, social tool kits, maintaining editorial calendars, supporting our website content development process, and helping to manage sharing updates, content, and insights through internal communications channels.
- Aid with event management coordinating and/or supporting collateral and event logistics as needed.
- Support internal team meetings including drafting meeting minutes and ensuring action times are clearly documented, notetaking, calendar updates and maintenance, and team communications (via MS TEAMS platform).
- Compile briefing books and related documents for events, speaking engagements, and trips.
- Complete administrative support tasks including drafting correspondence (letter, email, etc.), electronic filing of documents, database inputs and management.
- Other project management and administrative tasks in support of the team as needed.
Qualifications
- 3-5 years of Project Management experience.
- Strong written and oral communication skills.
- Proficiency with MS Office, including Word, Excel, and PowerPoint.
Salary : $46 - $48
