We are seeking a energetic and results-driven Sales Representative to join our team. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in sales, particularly within the pharmaceutical or healthcare industry, and a deep understanding of 503A/503B compounding, prescription medications, and dietary supplements. This role will involve promoting our comprehensive product portfolio to Med Spas, Weight Loss Clinics, IV Lounges, Aestheticians, Wellness Clinics, Men’s and Women’s Health Clinics, and other healthcare providers. The Sales Representative will be responsible for achieving revenue goals by fostering relationships and driving product adoption within their assigned territory.
Requirements:- Develop and execute a strategic sales plan to effectively promote and sell our 503A/503B compounded medications, prescription drugs, and dietary supplement product lines.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with healthcare providers, including physicians, clinic owners, pharmacists, and back-office staff.
- Educate clients on the clinical benefits, features, and appropriate usage of our products through product presentations, training sessions, and in-depth discussions.
- Identify and capitalize on new business opportunities by staying informed about market trends, competitive activity, and customer needs.
- Collaborate with the marketing team to create and utilize sales materials, promotional campaigns, and educational resources tailored to target audiences.
- Monitor territory performance, analyze sales data, and generate regular reports to evaluate progress toward sales targets.
- Respond promptly to inbound leads and proactively generate new leads to build a robust sales pipeline.
- Ensure exceptional customer satisfaction by addressing inquiries, resolving concerns, and providing ongoing support.
- Continuously enhance product knowledge, particularly regarding regulatory and compliance standards for 503A/503B medications and prescription drugs.
Qualifications:
- Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, Life Sciences, or a related field is preferred.
- 2-5 years of proven success in pharmaceutical, compounding, or healthcare sales.
- Strong understanding of 503A/503B compounding practices, prescription medications, and dietary supplements.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build trust and influence healthcare professionals.
- Self-motivated, goal-oriented, and adept at working independently or collaboratively in a fast-paced environment.
- Ability to convey complex clinical and technical information effectively to diverse audiences.
- Proficiency in CRM software and sales tools for managing leads, tracking activities, and generating performance reports.
- Exceptional organizational skills and a track record of meeting or exceeding sales targets.
