Job Summary:

The role of the Tenant Care and Services Coordinator at RM Management is to improve the tenant experience for assigned RM Management communities. In addition, this role facilitates the resolution of tenant concerns, ensuring regulatory compliance with the Minnesota Bill of Rights for Assisted Living Residents and grievance management.

Essential Functions:

· Develops and fosters communication streams to ensure voice of tenants, families and other stakeholders are heard.

· Ensures that members of the RM Management team are responding to tenant escalations in an informed, timely, consistent, and ethical manner.

· Oversees the tenant satisfaction survey process and works with responsible RM Management parties to improve upon identified areas.

· Identifies opportunities to improve feedback, complaint, grievance, and service recovery processes while maintaining alignment with the RM Management team and applicable standards/processes.

· Attends tenant and family councils as appropriate.

· Monitors and readily makes available tenant experience data to ensure quality measures are achieved.

· Maintains knowledge and provides education to others on Assisted Living regulations, internal policies and procedures, and community standards for care/services.

· Serves as a customer service champion through exemplifying organizational standards and providing training to team members.

Certifications, Licenses, Registrations and Other Requirements:

· Bachelor’s Degree

· Current Driver’s License

· Must pass all applicable background checks and health screens as required by the Minnesota Department of Health

· 3 Years of Senior Living Experience

Physical Demands:

· Must be able to travel to provide support to multiple communities in Minnesota

· Must be able to provide hands-on care as needed to residents. This may include lifting, bending, pushing, and twisting to assist residents.

· Must be able to move throughout the workday and throughout RM communities.

· Must be able to assist with employee training and demonstrations
