Retail District Manager

Overview

As a Retail District Manager, you are responsible for the performance of six to ten retail stores within their assigned District. Primary focus to be on growing profits and enhancing the company’s Retail marketplace footprint by maximizing the contributions of current stores within their assigned District as well as assisting in opening new stores throughout the country. Participate in planning, developing and implementation of the strategic plans for the Retail Division. Assist in developing and implementing policies and procedures to support operations consistency throughout the Retail Division. Oversee compliance of Store Managers with established Company policies and standards. Ensure that proper channels of communication exist between the stores and corporate. This position is a key member of the Retail management team working closely with the Director of Retail Operations, General Manager, Retail, Retail Merchandising Manager and merchandising team, Retail Marketing Manager and the retail stores’ management teams. This position is responsible for developing and maintaining relationships with internal and external customers and vendors. This position is expected to exercise independent discretion and judgment performing the following essential duties and responsibilities. The role report directly to the Regional Director of Stores
