As a result of both organic growth and acquisitions we are searching for an experienced FP&A Senior Analyst to join our corporate team in Omaha, NE.
Responsibilities:
- Participates in reporting, budgeting, and modeling initiatives.
- Prepares ad-hoc reports and performs financial and operational analysis as directed.
- Works closely with the accounting, finance, and operational teams to develop and implement standard and efficient toolsets needed for understanding trends and results.
- Partners with other finance staff and operational teams to understand and effectively communicate financial results and analysis.
- Assists in the analysis of financial information including, but not limited to, monthly financial statements, annual budget, and ad hoc reports as requested by management.
- Actively participates in key financial initiatives and strategic projects.
- Leads, supports, and participates in the timely completion of the month end and quarterly reporting and analysis.
- Communicate effectively, both verbally and written and provide clear and detailed information.
- Capacity to learn new systems and processes as the business grows.
Qualifications:
- Bachelor's Degree with emphasis in Accounting or Finance.
- 5 years of FP&A experience.
- Strong analytical abilities with a proven track record of identifying solutions and implementing results.
- Proven expertise with Microsoft Excel and experience crafting Microsoft PowerPoint presentations.
- Highly organized and results oriented self-starter.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
- Ability to lead and actively participate as a member of the FP&A team.
- Proactive and able to organize and prioritize tasks or projects.
- Ability to gather and analyze details, ensuring accurate results.
- Ability to be flexible with changing decisions as the business demands.
