Major responsibilities
- Institute financial procedures and controls
- Work closely with other functional teams to ensure data quality and consistency
- Evaluate billing documents and other data for accuracy and completeness, obtain missing or correct data when necessary
- Investigate, process, and evaluate bills or invoices for services rendered
Requirements
- Bachelor's (BA/BS) degree in accounting or finance- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
- Accurate, swift, data entry abilities
- Strong proficiency with spreadsheets, internet applications and ERP systems
- Billing experience desired
- Command of Microsoft Excel
- Assist Customers experience
