The role is for a Financial Planning & Analysis Analyst who will be instrumental in managing and executing our financial and accounting operations.Responsibilities:• Serve as an expert on financial business systems and policies in the ERP system.• Review and approve invoices and requisitions, aligning them with budgets/forecasts and facilitating approvals.• Collaborate with the Business Intelligence team for accurate, timely reporting.• Ensure relevance and accuracy in monthly AP accruals, journals, and prepaid amortizations.• Actively identify and reconcile financial discrepancies, improve management reporting through comprehensive research and solutions.• Develop and use complex financial workbooks for decision-making.• Perform budgeting, forecasting, and variance analysis to influence business strategy.• Provide accurate financial reports on company performance metrics.• Analyze large datasets to find trends and deliver actionable insights.• Work cross-functionally to understand and translate company's operations into financial performance.• Handle ad-hoc data requests from leadership regarding financial performance and other financial information.
Salary : $80,000 - $90,000
