Event Overview: Client is hosting a large-scale, high-energy event featuring keynotes, interactive sessions, and engaging activities. The event will include a customer-focused segment from October 7-11. Attendees will experience a range of activities, including fun events.

We are seeking a talented and enthusiastic freelance photographer to document the Orlando event. The ideal candidate will have experience capturing high-energy events, engaging activities, and key moments with a creative eye. You will work closely with our team to ensure all significant moments are captured, from keynote speeches to interactive sessions and social events.

Key Responsibilities

• Photograph various event activities, including keynote speeches, partner sessions, and interactive fun events (e.g., golf, archery).
• Capture high-quality images that reflect the energy and excitement of the event.
• Collaborate with our event team to understand key moments and schedule.
• Provide a diverse range of photos, including wide shots, close-ups, and candid moments.
• Edit and deliver final images in a timely manner.
  
  

Requirements

• Proven experience as an event photographer, preferably with experience in large-scale or corporate events.
• Strong portfolio demonstrating your ability to capture dynamic and engaging photos.
• Proficiency in digital photography equipment and editing software (e.g., Adobe Lightroom, Photoshop).
• Ability to work efficiently and adapt to changing environments.
