Description

We are seeking a highly organized and responsible HR Administrative Assistant to join a local healthcare company. In this role, you will perform a variety of tasks including administrative duties, front desk operations, financial management utilizing Quicken, and handling health insurance claims.

Responsibilities

  • Greet and welcome guests as soon as they arrive at the office, direct visitors to the appropriate person and office.
  • Manage and maintain administrative systems, ensuring effective and smooth operations.
  • Handle financial data entry and reporting tasks using Quicken software.
  • Investigate health insurance claims, ensuring accuracy and consistency.
  • Contact relevant parties to clarify bills, resolve discrepancies, and ensure timely payments.
  • Support other teams with various administrative tasks (redirecting calls, disseminating correspondence, scheduling meetings etc.)


Requirements

Qualifications:

  • Proven experience as an office administrator, office assistant or relevant role.
  • Familiarity with office management procedures and basic accounting principles.
  • Proficiency in MS Office suite and experience using Quicken.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
  • Strong organizational skills with a problem-solving attitude.
