PAID INTERNSHIP - 25 hours/week
- Recruitment Support: Assist in the recruitment process by posting job openings, reviewing resumes, scheduling interviews, and coordinating candidate communications.
- Onboarding Assistance: Support the onboarding process for new employees by preparing materials, ensuring smooth integration, and assisting with new hire paperwork.
- Employee Records Management: Maintain and update employee records, ensuring all documentation is accurate and in compliance with company policies and regulations.
- Benefits Administration: Assist with the administration of employee benefits programs, including data entry, answering employee inquiries, and tracking benefit enrollments.
- HR Projects: Assist with various HR projects such as employee engagement initiatives, policy updates, and training programs.
- Data Entry & Reporting: Help with data entry, preparing HR reports, and maintaining databases related to employee information, attendance, and other HR metrics.
- General Administrative Support: Provide general HR administrative support, including answering employee inquiries, preparing HR documentation, and assisting in day-to-day HR operations.
- Education: Currently pursuing a degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field.
