The company in the market for a proactive leader with a deep understanding of the legal, regulatory and compliance environment to guide and bolster their corporate strategy. This critical position requires a proactive individual with at least seven years of experience in a legal, compliance, or regulatory role. A Certified Compliance and Ethics Professional (CCEP) or Certified Regulatory Compliance Manager (CRCM) certification is highly preferred.Responsibilities:Collaborate with finance, legal, HR, QA and other departments on regulatory and compliance issues.Steering the development and implementation of compliance programs.Areas of responsibility will include anti-bribery, anti-corruption, health and safety, environment and labor issues.Keeping up to date with applicable laws and regulations.Establishing procedures to evaluate risk.This is a hybrid role, giving you the convenience of working from the office three days per week, and working remotely for the remainder.
