We are looking to bring on board a detail-oriented IT Support individual. The role involves working in the industry, located in Princeton, New Jersey, United States. The role offers a contract to permanent employment opportunity.
Responsibilities :
- Efficiently handle all workflow entering the IT Support Team using FreshService
- Balance work requests from both in-house and remote personnel
- Supervise team tickets to ensure adherence to support procedures
- Guarantee timely and efficient response from the Technical Support Analyst team to user requests, in line with Corporate Systems and Websites SLAs
- Provide periodic reports on performance against SLAs
- Take the lead on projects implementing IT Best Practices / Policies
- Coordinate multiple, concurrent projects ensuring completion within the defined scope and timelines
- Identify and manage risks, reporting and escalating them timely
- Utilize strong analytical ability to diagnose and troubleshoot hardware / software problems
- Provide technical leadership and consultation to team members for resolving challenging problems
- Maintain a high focus on providing excellent customer service.
- Minimum of 3 years of experience in IT Support or a related field
- Proficiency in Android Development
- Familiarity with Cisco Technologies
- Knowledge of Citrix Technologies
- Ability to troubleshoot and maintain Computer Hardware
- Experience with Dell Technologies
- Practical application of Active Directory
- Proficiency in handling Apple Devices
- Experience with Backup Technologies
- Understanding of Configuration Management practices
