- Handling corporate records which include but are not limited to, resolutions, changes in board of directors, annual reports, and meeting minutes.
- Facilitating the formation of new LLCs, corporations, and partnerships by filing relevant documents, obtaining tax identification numbers, and preparing essential governing documents.
- Assisting in handling business transactions, such as mergers and acquisitions, asset and stock purchases, business formations, and dissolutions.
- Assisting attorneys in real estate closings by preparing and organizing necessary documents.
Qualifications:
- Seasoned paralegal with emphasis on corporate and tax law.
- Profound understanding of tax preparation, corporate governance, and business transactions.
- Skilled in managing and organizing legal documents, filings, and client communications.
