Payroll Processor

Robert Half is seeking a skilled and reliable Payroll Processor to join our dynamic client in South Jersey. In this Payroll Processor position, you will be responsible for the accurate processing and recording of our company’s payroll and provide timely and accurate financial information.Responsibilities:Process payroll checks, tax withholding and deductions for construction employees.Assure compliance with federal and state laws, particularly with reference to construction payroll.Generate periodic payroll reports for review by management.Handle queries and discrepancies related to payroll issues.Update and maintain payroll records, track hours, keep record of paid leave, etc.Process and track job costing, benefits, taxes, and other payroll deductions.Compile summaries of earnings, taxes, and deductions, worker's compensation reports, etc.Handling changes in exemptions, job status, and job titles with the company's payroll system.

Salary : $75,000 - $85,000
