Position Overview:We are seeking a skilled Power BI Reporting Developer to support the finalization of an API implementation and develop robust reports for Howmet Corporate Sustainability Software (HOWS). This is a 100% remote contract role requiring expertise in API integration, Power BI, data modeling, and statistical analysis. Key Responsibilities:Finalize API Implementation:Ensure seamless integration between HOWS and the Power platform (e.g., Power BI).Apply expertise in REST API, XWSSE Authentication Protocol, paging, and Time-to-Live token timeout handling.Data Analysis & Reporting:Extract and model HOWS data for use in Power BI.Generate reports, including:Comparison files between Excel and HOWS datasets for data validation.Missing Data Reports to identify metrics lacking data.Intensity Reports (e.g., emissions/waste data divided by revenue data).Change Log Reports for tracking data entry modifications over time.Additional reports as required.
