Robert Half is Hiring a Project Manager I (Contractor) Near Manchester, NH

Responsible for managing, planning, tracking, and implementing small projects or aspects of larger projects from initiation to completion. Ensures project completion according to timeline and specifications, while identifying and managing project risks. Works with stakeholders and project team to establish and achieve goals. Coordinates the activities of a cross-functional team including exempt and non-exempt employees. Communicates project status with stakeholders, sponsors, and project team. Job Description * Experience using Smartsheet to build project plans, reporting and dashboards is required. * Project management experience and/or education strongly preferred * Strong collaboration, detail oriented presence and conflict resolution skills required. * Strong communication skills required. * Support large scale work projects in a fast-paced environment including all phases of the project life cycle.
Requirements
Manages projects to ensure on-time completion according to specifications and within timeline. Uses formal project management processes and tools to manage resources, risks, and changes. Identifies project scope and key milestones and tasks. Manages a cross-functional team; coordinates tasks to project completion. Maintains communication with stakeholders. Provides status reports to project sponsor, stakeholders, project team, and resources. Addresses problems through risk management and contingency planning, and presents solutions and/or options to executive management. Create and maintain Smartsheet project plans, dashboards, and reporting throughout the project lifecycle. Ability to work independently. Ability to prioritize working day based upon project timeline and strategic importance. Solution-focused mindset. Regular, consistent, and punctual attendance. Other duties and responsibilities as assigned.
