We are supporting an International Bank with their search for a Wire Transfer Specialist. The Wire Transfer Specialist will handle daily wire transfers as well as serve as the wire transfer software subject matter expert. Duties include:
- Management of the wire transfer process to ensure accuracy and timely processing
- Monitoring the wire transfer system and troubleshooting any service issues
- Communicate with customers providing customer service for transfer related matters and issues
- Act as primary point of contact for all system related issues
- Provide support and training on wire transfer system
- Generate wire transfer reporting for management
Requirements:
- Bachelors Degree in Business, Accounting, Finance or Systems is required for the role
- 3 to 5 years of Banking experience specific to wire transfers and bank operations
- 2 years of experience with banking systems/financial systems
- Excellent communication and customer support skills
- Ability to multi-task and handle ad hoc projects as required
- Proficiency with Microsoft Office products
Salary : $70,000 - $75,000
