- Communicate in a friendly manner to patients in person and by telephone.
- Verify insurance documents.
- Review and investigate insurance forms and documents.
- Answer patient questions regarding their insurance coverage.
- Make customer service calls to resolve issues with policies and coverage.
- Maintain updated patient information.
