What You'll Do
- Manage and coordinate all aspects of investment projects
- Ensure timely client reporting and regulatory compliance
- Monitor daily trade activities and compliance with portfolio guidelines and restrictions
- Perform daily cash reconciliation and security position reconciliation between Portfolio Management System (PMS) and prime brokers and custodians
- Maintain PMS Database and prepare daily reports – profit attribution, NAV and reporting to senior management; daily internal performance analysis
- Provide support and assistance in sales and marketing initiatives – prepare monthly fund fact sheets, investment presentations, portfolio analyses and reports as requested by investors
- Minimum of 2-5 years’ experience in accounting, investment operations, or fund administration experience
- Substantial experience with the operations of various pooled fund structures, marketable securities, private investments, and multiple custodians
- Excellent technology skillset
- Attention to details and able to work independently
- Pro-active team member with effective communication skills
